The Drake at Rego Park is a modern and luxurious apartment complex, where elegant residences are amplified by unparalleled amenities. The name of the property stems from a former neighborhood mainstay, a movie theater that opened in 1935.
We created a logo and brand that emulated and embodied the essence of the time period of the original movie theater. Of course, we modernized and style and elevated the brand to properly represent the sophistication of the building.
